We have had an incident on a technical service providing real-time collaboration features in DrPublish.

Approximate duration is 14:30 to 14:55. During the incident all journalists at certain customer accounts could not edit articles.

We already have work-in-progress to establish active-active redundancy on this feature, to prevent this from happening again. ETA January 2021.

We are sorry for the problems caused by this incident.
